On the way to the Earth Day celebration, C tells me, “Mommy. Why are we driving to Earth Day? Driving is not good for the Earth. We should ride our bikes. You always drive us places. We need to ride our bikes more. Remember? We’re going green?”
Yup, she’s right. But at least I drive a hybrid vehicle, right? Sigh. The 5-year-old wins again.
